Do you suffer from constant or recurring low back pain?

Often times in low back pain cases there are many muscles involved. Rarely is it only the muscles of the low back. Four out of five people will experience a back "episode" at some point in their life and it can become recurrent or chronic if left untreated.

Some muscles responsible for low back pain are the abdominals, psoas, glute medius, quadratus lumborum, and spinal erectors to name some of the contributors.

Even when there has been a diagnosis of arthritis or disc disease there is always a myofascial component that when treated will bring relief to the involved muscles.

Trigger Point Therapy is a great modality of treatment that I encourage you to consider if you have been or know someone that is suffering from crippling or nagging back pain.
